I followed (and still follow) the Body For Life program. It’s a diet and exercise program developed by Bill Phillips. You can buy the book at most general bookstores.
You have worked for one of my favorite porn companies – Hot House. Do you plan to work with them anymore in the future? I love everything they do and you are a perfect fit for them, in my opinion.
