I am always wary when I am asked to test sexual stimulants. The side effects usually outweigh the benefit of the pill in question. Stiff Nights worked well but resulted in some awful heartburn the day after. Boost Ultra sexual male enhancement is a dietary supplement compounded of all natural herbs. The ingredients are Ginseng, Semen Ziziphi Spinosae (Jujube, commonly used for stress relief), Rhizoma Polygonati (Liliaceae, enriches the blood), Fructus Lyeii (Chinese Wolfberry, a superfood that improves the quality of blood), Cortex Cinnamomi Cassiae (Chinese Cassia Tree Bark, activates blood circulation and commonly used for impotency), Semen Allii Tuberosi (Chinese Leek, tonifies the liver and kidneys), and Corynine (Yohimbine, a popular ingredient in aphrodisiacs).
I wanted to make sure that I did all I could to minimize side effects so I followed the instructions to a tee. The site says to take 2 hours after eating but not with food, so I did that. In the past other companies have said to take on an empty stomach but that always seemed to be way too strong for me and yielded strong painful side effects, so I wasn’t going to dare try that!
I was also curious if the pill could be taken with alcohol, which is usually the number one question I am asked about sexual stimulants. A rep for Boost Ultra responded to my question with the following:
“BoostUltra is a great sexual performance enhancer and can be used while consuming alcohol, however we do want to point out (that) the effects of BoostUltra are best on an empty stomach and (we) do not condone the use of alcohol while taking BoostUltra or any other sexual enhancement product.“
So basically “Yes, but you didn’t hear that from us, this e-mail will self destruct in 3, 2….”
Like all sexual male enhancements, they also warned not to take if you have heart attack symptoms, high blood pressure, if you are using any other medications (especially Nitrates), etc etc. Basically consult your doctor before you try any sexual stimulants! These things may be all natural but they pack a punch and they aren’t healthy for people who have health problems!
So how did it work out for me?
Surprisingly well, actually! After about 2 hours I found myself popping tents left and right and being easily aroused in general. My face became a little flushed and my eyes did get a little blood-shot, but I felt fine. It was a lot easier to get hard to boot, and later that night after I got off once I was able to get hard again within an hour. That’s not unusual for the likes of me, however it was a lot easier to get to Bone City a second time with Boost Ultra in my system.
So it worked great the night of, but the next day I was worried the side effects would begin.
And yet I was wrong. I woke up feeling fine after a good night of sleep and didn’t feel any discomfort, grogginess or pain. I went about my day still relatively sensitive and easily aroused (sorry to everyone on the JMZ train, I tried my best to keep it under wraps). The effects wore off by about the middle of the day. Who needs a 72 hour bonefest anyway?
It’s nice to know there is an option out there for people that wont produce side effects. Well, I should point out that everybody is different and your experience may not be the same as mine, however I will say that my experiences with these things do tend to land in the general consensus of experiences. When you say “nitrAtes”, do you in fact mean ‘nitrItes’, eg amyl/rush?
Nope, prescription Nitrates, as in the type typically prescribed to folks with heart complications.
Amyl nitrites, alcohol-based synthetic amyl nitrites (Rush, Jungle Juice, Pig Sweat, Can Opener, etc) and other “poppers” have a chance of causing a serious decrease in blood pressure though, which may not only screw up Boost (which is attempting to temporarily raise your blood pressure, so to speak), but can also lead to heart complications.
Edit: And for legal reasons, since poppers are indeed illegal to sell in the US, I will say that I am, on behalf of The Inqueery, neither advising, endorsing or promoting the recreational use of amyl nitrites.
