The O Man has two rings. One of the rings (the one in the photo, top right side) goes around the base of the penis shaft. The other ring (photo, bottom left) are slipped around your balls. In between the underside of your dick shaft and the top of your now clustered balls is a small but powerful motor that vibrates against your entire package.
